All-female course for beginners

From Saturday 29th May, Senshi Ryu are running an ALL-FEMALE Karate for beginners course!

Designed for women to learn some of the fundamentals of our martial art, this course will run for five consecutive weeks from 11.30 am to 12.30pm on a Saturday morning.

There is no previous martial arts experience required, just loads of enthusiasm! It will be suitable for any age, size and fitness level. Everyone is a beginner, and you all start together at the beginning!
